     O ur educational program for pre-kindergarteners offers a balance between child and teacher initiated activities. Each child has the opportunity practice in all areas of development on a daily basis. The Kids Place provides a stimulating program, which encourages learning through experience, by using developmentally appropriate materials and equipment. We support a child's learning experiences by providing a positive, peaceful, classroom atmosphere. An answer is never wrong -just creative! Children are encouraged to explore their creativity, independence, problem-solving skills, muscle development, and self-help skills. The Pre-K morning curriculum includes language development, pre-reading skills & math readiness, problem solving, art, music, drama, cooking, small/large muscle, and discovery. The afternoon program is less structured. We have a variety of centers to choose from. At the end of the day, children feel good about what they have accomplished and look forward to returning the next.

     O ur extra activities expand your child's horizons! These include Soccer, Spanish, Music, and Dance.
